Wellness Checks
If You Can't Be There, We Will.
Do you have a family member or loved one who lives alone? At Dick’s Property Management, we too have isolated loved ones, and sometimes we worry when we can't get a hold of them. The problem is, we live too far away to check on them.
Our Wellness Checks are available to put your mind at ease. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Call us anytime and we will check on your loved ones within 60 mins.
(Location and traffic depending)
When we arrive at the home we'll knock on the door. If no one answers, we will try to open the door to enter the home. If we cannot enter home, we will contact police and paramedic services on your behalf.
If the client answers the door, we will explain to them that we are conducing a Wellness Check on your behalf, and stay with them for 15 minutes to discuss why the were not answering the phone, and ensure everything is ok before we leave.
You will be updated every step of the way.
In the unfortunate and rare event that your loved one is deceased, we will contact you immediately after all local officials have arrived and communicate your wishes for your loved one. We understand that this will be a difficult time, and will do what we can to ease any logistical stress for you and your family.

Within 25 kms away from the town of Renfrew
6:00 am – 6:00 pm -- $35.00
6:01 pm – 5:59 am -- $55.00
Over 25 kms away from the town of Renfrew
6:00 am – 6:00 pm -- $35.00
6:01 pm – 5:59 am -- $55.00
Plus .42 per km after 25 kms (one way)
Deceased Fee - please add $150.00 to above services.
