Whether you are going away for a week or for an extended amount of time, Dick’s Property Management has your home's wellness covered. The comfort and security of knowing your home will be looked after will allow you to relax into your getaway.

 

Services include the following:

- A free analysis and walk-through of your property -

- Ensure all snow is cleared around your walkways, steps, decks and more -

- Coordinate with local contractors to ensure your home is maintained (ie: lawn cutting, snow removal, etc.)* -

- Mail and paper pick up -

- Ensure heating systems are working -

- Ensure all water is running and there are no leaks -

- Feed and clean up after your pets (no dogs) -

- Regular wellness checks. If any issue is spotted, we'll contact you and arrange contractors for repairs -

- An email report on recommendations and tasks completed -

 

Cost:

Each property is different in size and location, and each owner will be gone for a different length of time, with different needs and wants for their property while they're away. Therefore, our costs are tailored to suit exactly what you need from us! Please get in touch for a free quote.
