Services include the following:

- A free analysis and walk-through of your property -

- Ensure all snow is cleared around your walkways, steps, decks and anywhere you need to have access to -

- Coordinate with local snow removal companies to ensure your driveway is prepared by the time you pull in* -

- Start fire or adjust temperature so it is toasty warm upon your arrival -

- Ensure all water is running -

- A handwritten report on recommendations and tasks completed -

- Groceries, supplies, and alcohol runs are available at an additional cost -

Each property is different in size, and each owner has different needs and wants. Therefore, our costs are tailored to suit exactly what you need from us! Please get in touch for a free quote.

A minimum one-way charge from Renfrew, ON ($75.00) will be applied to this service plus .42 per km.
